Democratic state Senator Tim Mathern says he s exploring a run for governor Mathern of Fargo says he has formed a group he calls his Kitchen Cabinet to help brainstorm on such issues as health care that must be addressed no matter who the candidate is Mathern issued a statement saying that with just six months before state political party conventions it is time to come forward with ideas
